ONLINE ORDER DELIVERY SERVICE

Delivery Options

We currently offer the following delivery services:

  • Standard and Express delivery
    ※ Please note: All delivery services do not support collection from logistics centers or smart lockers.

Delivery Fees & Conditions

Unless otherwise stated during promotional campaigns, delivery fees are applied as follows:

  • Free Standard Delivery for orders with a net purchase amount of HK$600 or above
  • HK$48 Standard Delivery Fee for orders below HK$600
  • Free Express Delivery for orders with a net purchase amount of HK$1,200 or above
  • HK$100 Express Delivery Fee for orders below HK$1,200
    ※ Express Delivery is not available for Macau due to customs clearance requirements.

Delivery Coverage

Please do not use P.O. boxes, logistics centers, SF Express stations, or smart lockers as delivery addresses.
Each order can only be shipped to one address. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

  • Express Delivery is available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
  • Standard Delivery is available throughout the Hong Kong SAR.

Delivery is not available to the following restricted areas unless valid permits are provided:

  1. Shenzhen Bay Port
  2. Lok Ma Chau
  3. Man Kam To
  4. Sha Tau Kok
  5. Lo Wu
  6. Lok Ma Chau Spur Line
  7. Hong Kong International Airport

Macau Delivery Restrictions

Due to transportation regulations, certain products containing restricted materials cannot be shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse to Macau.
If your shopping cart contains such items, please remove them to proceed with checkout.
※ Express Delivery is not available for Macau.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Orders will be processed and delivered within 4–6 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery takes place during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), subject to stock availability.
  • Express Delivery: Orders will be processed and delivered within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery takes place during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), subject to stock availability.
    ※ Incorrect delivery or contact information may result in delays.

Order Tracking & Address Changes

  • Address Changes: If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us for assistance. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes are not guaranteed and may result in delivery delays. Any additional fees incurred will be borne by the customer.
  • If delivery fails repeatedly, your order may be cancelled without refund.

No Delivery Service On:

  • Sundays
  • Public Holidays
  • During Black Rainstorm Warnings or Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above

Track Your Order

Please refer to the tracking number and link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

IN-STORE PURCHASE DELIVERY SERVICE

We also offer delivery service for purchases made at our boutiques (Hong Kong only).

Delivery Fees & Conditions

  • For in-store purchases with a net amount of HK$500 or aboveStandard Delivery is free.
  • For purchases below HK$500, a HK$45 Standard Delivery Fee will apply.
