We offer the following delivery services

Express Delivery (Limited to Hong Kong only)※Notice: Self pickup Locker is currently unavailable for all kinds of delivery services.

Shipping Method

With the exception of specifically listed promotions on the website, delivery policy is listed below:
Free Standard Shipping with every order over HK$500 (after discount). HK$45 delivery fee will be charged for Standard Shipping orders below HK$500 (after discount).

Free Express Shipping with every order over HK$1000 (after discount). HK$100 delivery fee will be charged for Express Delivery orders below HK$1000 (after discount).

Areas in service

P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If the customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, they need to place a separate order for each address.

Express Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories.

Standard Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Special Administrative Region only. Delivery services will only be provided when the customer can provide certain permits for the following locations:
1) Shenzhen Bay Port
2) Lok Ma Chau
3) Man Kam To
4) Sha Tau Kok
5) Lo Wu
6) Lok Ma Chau Spur Line
7) Hong Kong International Airport

*Shipping Restriction of Macau Orders

Due to courier restrictions, products containing specific materials cannot be shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse to Macau. If your shopping bag contains any such items, kindly remove the restricted items to proceed with the checkout process.

Shipping days and schedules

Standard Delivery
The shipment will be ready and arrive at the shipping address in 3-5 business days upon confirmation of payment. Delivery time will be available from Monday to Friday (9 a.m.-6 p.m.), subject to stock availability. Delivery time may be delayed in case of incorrect delivery or contact information.

Shipment tracking / change of shipping address

Change of Address
If you need to change the address, please contact us to make arrangements. Success is not guaranteed, and delays may occur. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the customer. If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered due to personal reasons, please contact the courier directly for further arrangements. If delivery cannot be completed multiple times, your order may be cancelled without refund.

*Courier will not provide any pick-up and delivery services on Sundays, public holidays, Black Rainstorm Signal, Typhoon 8 or higher is hoisted.

In-Store Purchase Delivery Service

Delivery service for purchases made in-store (Hong Kong only). ※ Note: All delivery services do not support SF Lockers & Service Centre.

Delivery Fees & Methods

Free Standard Delivery for in-store purchases with a net total of HK$500 or more. A HK$45 delivery fee applies for orders under HK$500.

Delivery Coverage

Do not use P.O. Boxes, SF Express Stations, or SF Lockers & Service Centre as delivery addresses.
Each order can only be delivered to one address. For multiple addresses, place separate orders.

Standard delivery covers Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Delivery Time

Standard Delivery
Orders will be processed and delivered within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery occurs during office hours (9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday) and is subject to stock availability. Incorrect delivery/contact details may delay delivery.

Order Tracking / Address Changes

Address Changes:
Contact us to request changes. Success is not guaranteed, and delays may occur. Any additional costs incurred will be borne by the customer. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation without refund.
