Shipping Method
With the exception of specifically listed promotions on the website, delivery policy is listed below.
Free Standard Shipping with every order over HK$500 (after discount). HK$30 delivery fee will be charged for Standard Shipping order below HK$500 (after discount).
Free Express Shipping with every order over HK$800 (after discount). HK$100 delivery fee will be charged for Express Delivery order below HK$800 (after discount).
Areas in service
P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address.
Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address.
Express Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territorities, with non-Service Area only as follows:

Standard Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Outlying Islands of Hong Kong SAR only. Kerry Express services will only be provided when customer can provide certain permit to us for below locations:

Shipping days and schedules Express Delivery
The shipment will be ready and arrive at the shipping address in 2 business days upon confirmation of payment. Delivery time will be available from Monday to Friday. This might vary depending on stock availability. If the courier fails to contact the recipient when delivering the package, the parcel will be postponed to the next working day to arrange delivery.

The shipment will be ready and arrive at the shipping address in 3-5 business days upon confirmation of payment. Delivery time will be available from Monday to Friday (9a.m.-6p.m.). This might vary depending on stock availability.

Shipment tracking/ change of shipping address Express Delivery

A confirmation SMS along with the tracking link will be sent to the phone no. provided by the customer. Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with PickUpp by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any delay in the delivery/incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.
If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact PickUpp directly in order to make further arrangements. If the delivery cannot be reached multiple times, your order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.
