My Order
What does order status mean?
When you have completed the order process, you can use the top right of the page "Order Tracking" feature, check the status of current orders, each order status as follows:
NEW means your order has been ordered and paid successfully.
PREPARED means your order is being processed
SHIPPED means your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you. At this stage an email confirming the despatch should have been sent to you
CLOSED means your order has been delivered to your designated address and the recipient has to sign

We use Pickupp to send our parcel.
For the tracking, you may call the tracking hotline of Kerry Express at tracking link by entering your tracking number
For other enquiries on the parcel, please contact our Customer Service hotline on (852) 2899 4100, from Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm.

By creating an account, your personal details will be saved under your account. It is more convenience and it also allows you to view previous online orders. Open an online account here.
