RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. However, we will do our best to consult the relevant department regarding your request and respond within 3 working days. Please note that the shipping date may be delayed accordingly. Thank you for your continued support of L’OCCITANE.

Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted after delivery, except in cases of skin sensitivity (a doctor’s certificate or relevant photo must be provided). Please contact our Customer Service team to apply for a return or exchange.

Items for exchange must be accompanied by the original receipt. Discounted, opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for exchange.

Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return processing takes 1 to 3 weeks (from the date the returned item is received). Our Customer Service team will notify you once the process is complete.

L’OCCITANE is not responsible for any damage to products after delivery.

If the items or quantities received do not match your order, please contact our Customer Service team on the day of delivery.

In case of any dispute, L’OCCITANE reserves the right of final decision. L’OCCITANE also reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
