Fill Better With Our Refill Fountain

Have you been into boutiques lately? You’ll notice something new! Since we’ve installed a refill fountain where you can refill your favorite products without the extra plastic.
Paired with our new forever bottles to ensure the product safety and quality, you’ll be making the eco-conscious choice while adding that little stylish element to your bath’s ledge.
Forever Bottle is available in 2 sizes (250ml/500ml).
Refill Fountain is available at the stores in Langham Place, IFC and New Town Plaza.

How to Clean Forever Bottle

After used up all the product in your aluminum forever bottle, please clean and dry before your refill. Here shares the tips to keep it in good condition:

Fill your bottle halfway with lukewarm water. Close the pump and shake vigorously. Tip out the water and repeat this step until it’s free of soap.
Fill the bottle again, halfway with lukewarm water. Pump out the water until it’s empty. Repeat this step until the water runs clear.
Use cold and boiled water for one final rinse of the bottle and pump.
Leave the bottle to dry upside down with the pump off for 1-2 days until it completely dry.

Remark: It is easier to soak the bottle contained bath oil and conditioner 1 day before wash it.

L’OCCITANE aluminum forever bottles are not sold separately. If necessary, pumps can be purchased separately.
Disinfection devices are provided for sanitizing forever bottles to ensure product quality.
If customers choose to reuse L’OCCITANE plastic bottles with the same product formula, the product quality cannot be guaranteed as the plastic bottles might not be sanitized effectively. In this case, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
The bottle must be cleaned and completely dried before refilling the product. The bottles with residual water or remaining products would affect the product quality. In this case, the staff is unable to refill the bottles.
Please bring back the pump or purchase the pump for refilling the product so that the product can be properly sealed to ensure the quality of the product.
Customers are advised to keep the product label before the product has been consumed for checking the product information.
