SPA Guest Relations Officer

Responsibilities:
  • •  Greeting guests and members in a professional and welcoming manner
  • •  Handling all customer enquiries and Spa bookings in an accurate and efficient manner
  • •  Following up with member package
  • •  Answering telephone calls and reply email enquiries
  • •  Maintaining a good relationship with members and guests
  • •  Ensuring smooth running of Spa, helping to maintain Spa clean and tidy
  • •  Facilitating monthly sales report and provide clerical support to the team
 
Job Requirements:
  • •  Form 5/ DSE or above
  • •  Minimum 1 years’ front desk operations and guest service experience in related discipline, candidate with more related experience and/or higher qualification will be considered as a senior role
  • •  Mature, customer-oriented, self-motivated and independent
  • •  Proficiency in MS Office applications, typing skill, knowledge of POS and spa software applications are preferred
  • •  Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • •  Good command of Spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • •  Shift duty required
