We offer the following delivery services:
Express Delivery (Limited to Hong Kong only, unable to accept special request on gift wrapping) Standard Delivery (Limited to Hong Kong only) ※Notice: Self pickup Locker is currently unavailable for all kinds of delivery services.


Shipping Method

With the exception of specifically listed promotions on the website, delivery policy is listed below.
Free Standard Shipping with every order over HK$500 (after discount). HK$45 delivery fee will be charged for Standard Shipping order below HK$500 (after discount).

Free Express Shipping with every order over HK$1000 (after discount). HK$100 delivery fee will be charged for Express Delivery order below HK$1000 (after discount).


Areas in service

P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address.


Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address.

Express Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories.

Standard Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Outlying Islands of Hong Kong SAR only. Delivery services will only be provided when customer can provide certain permit to us for below locations:

2) Lok Ma Chau

3) Man Kam To

4) Sha Tau Kok

5) Lo Wu

6) Lok Ma Chau Spour Line

7) Hong Kong International Airport

*Shipping Restriction of Macau Order

Due to courier restrictions, products containing specific materials cannot be shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse to Macau. Should your shopping bag contain any such items, kindly remove the restricted items from the shopping bag in order to proceed with the checkout process.


Shipping days and schedules
Standard Delivery
The shipment will be ready and arrive at the shipping address in 3-5 business days upon confirmation of payment. Delivery time will be available from Monday to Friday (9a.m.-6p.m.). This might vary depending on stock availability.

Delivery time will be delayed in case of incorrect delivery info/contact information

Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with courier by contacting their Customer Service directly which is mentioned in the shipping confirmation email. Any delay in the delivery/incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.


If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact courier directly in order to make further arrangements. If the delivery cannot be reached multiple times, your order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.




*Courier will not provide any pick-up and delivery services on Sundays,public holidays, Black Rainstorm Signal, Typhoon 8 or higher is hoisted.
